What time is check-in and check-out?
Our check-in time is 2pm and our check-out time is 11 am, but should you wish to arrive early or depart later we will be happy to store your bags on both occasions.
Is there a hotel car park?
As a resident of Albany House Dublin, you can avail of a special daily rate of €29 for 24 hours of parking at the nearby Q-Park St. Stephen’s Green.
This car park is conveniently located a short drive or a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. You can find more information about Q-Park St. Stephen’s Green here.
What’s the best way to get to the hotel?
You can get the aircoach from Dublin Airport every 30 minutes approximately. If you get off at the Dublin city centre Leeson Street Lower stop, we are a 5-10 minute walk from there. A taxi should take approximately 30 minutes to get to the hotel depending on traffic. If you’re around Dublin and close to a Luas line, that will drop you right outside the hotel and is probably the best option when possible. We don’t offer a shuttle service to the hotel ourselves.
If you’re visiting us via the train from Galway, you can get the red line Luas directly outside Heuston Station to the Abbey Street stop, then change over to the green line and get a Luas to the Harcourt Street stop. We’re less than a 2-minute walk from that stop. For more information on the Luas and places you can get to with it, go to their website here.
Do you take group bookings or can we hold an event at Albany House?
We do not take group bookings or host events at the hotel.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
No, unfortunately it isn’t. In order to keep the structure of the Georgian building, there is no elevator available either.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have free cancellation up to 2pm one day prior to your arrival. Give our team a call or an email if you need to cancel or make changes to your booking.
What kind of breakfast is served and at what time at Albany House Dublin?
Guests can help themselves to our delicious continental breakfast buffet and freshly brewed tea or coffee and hot toast. We have gluten-free options and alternative milk choices available too.
It’s served from 7:30am-10am Monday to Friday and from 7:30am-11am on Saturday and Sunday.
Do you offer a laundry service at the hotel?
No, we don’t. However, our reception team can recommend some local businesses who can help you with this if you ask them upon checking in.
