Double/Twin Rooms

Nous avons été surclassés et avons reçu une suite au lieu de la chambre double prévue, évidemment difficile de ne pas être satisfait dans ces conditions.Néanmoins en tout objectivité cet hôtel est très bien et répond à tous les besoins pour visiter Dublin : proche du centre, propre, avec un bon petit déjeuner.

Les points positifs, :-l’hôtel est très bien placé- l’équipe est très gentille et à l’écoute- il y a des points de restauration autour de l’hôtel.-La literie très confortable.-le petit déjeuner est très bienLes points négatif.-La moquette est vraiment à changer dans la chambre et le double vitrage pas terrible. S’il fait chaud, impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bar ou de la discothèque à côté jusqu’à 2h du matin.

This was a hotel that “took away any stress”, from the holiday.We’ve stopped in some good hotels in Dublin areas from D4 to D2 but this was the best for value for money.The location is excellent and We had Room 310 for our stay and it was an absolute delight to stay in, perfect size, clean and excellent service from checking in to checking out.The breakfast is continental but amazingly delicious and worth every penny The staff are very helpful and friendly rare to see someone go the extra mile these days.We definitely will be booking here again when the rugby is on.

Walking distance to St. Stephens Green and just beside Iveagh Garden, Close to Trinity College and Temple Bar Area We had a wonderful, quiet room on the backside of the hotel, with a comfortable king size bed. The hotel is crafted from three townhomes pieced together, so each room is unique and makes good use of the space. We loved our room. The cold continental breakfast was enough for us, with a decent array of breads, fruits, yogurt, cereal, etc. A cooked breakfast is not an option. Although that would have been nice to have, we did not feel like we had not had enough to eat.

Comfortable rooms, clean modern bathrooms, generous breakfast spreads Rooms are clean & bright, quite spacious & high ceilinged, with lots of hot water in the shower. The breakfast room is busy & cheerful & offers a generous breakfast buffet. If you like strong coffee in the morning, you may wish to visit a cafe--we found Coffeeangel off Grafton St.. Hotel staffers were helpful & friendly. Quiet by day, Harcourt St. stays lively till 4:00 a.m. or later because of bars (last orders @ 11:30 p.m.) & clubs (last orders at 3:30 a.m.) The noise-sensitive may wish to reserve a room facing the alley rather than Harcourt St. The receptionist called a taxi for us to return to Dublin airport. The driver told us that Uber drivers get 48% of the fare (more than elsewhere, I think), & must first be licensed, vetted taxi drivers. There's a gourmet grocery shop 1 block away with a tasty fresh salad bar & deli if you're looking for a quick lunch or supper, beer, fruit, etc. The hotel's on the Luas green line, which can be handy going to Heuston Station. It's 2 blocks south of St. Stephen's Green, walkable to many museums & shops. The bus cost Eur. 11 coming in from DUB. I t's a well-located, well-run hotel, 5 floors without an elevator. :)

Schönes Hotel im Herzen von Dublin.

I recently stayed at Albany House in Dublin, and it was a very pleasant experience! The Georgian architecture gives the place a charming character, and the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean.The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The location is great – it's in a bit of a quieter area, but still just a short walk from major attractions like St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street!While I didn't try the breakfast, everything else about the stay was very enjoyable. Overall, Albany House offers good value for money and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin!

Our room was lovely, peaceful and squeaky clean. What a wonderful retreat from the hustle of the city. The breakfast was outstanding and the breakfast room was beautiful with a sumptuous table laden with breads, cheeses and other continental breakfast items. The french press coffee...perfect. I asked for twin beds and our room had twins and a full. Bonus! The quiet room in the back of the hotel that I requested based on other reviews that described street noise was perfectly quiet. There was a fan in the room which was good for air circulation and white noise. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see and a Hop On Hop Off bus stop. St. Stephens Green was very close by and we enjoyed several walks through the park on our way to other destinations. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, breakfast, location and friendly staff. We stayed here 3 nights and have been very pleased. |Right on the streetcar line and conveniently located near grocery store, 5 minute walk to pubs and restaurants. |Beautiful Georgian interiors with tall ornate ceilings. Highly recommend.

Great stay! The Albany House was clean and quiet and in a great location! Very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go and right next to several great cafes and parks. Our room was comfortable, we were able to check in a little early and the staff were very friendly. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Highly Recommend Albany House was in a great location convenient to everything, very close to St. Stephen's Square. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room facing the street a bit noisey with the return of students. Breakfast was very good. No hot foods, but plenty of delicious rolls, meats, cheeses and more. Would certainly stay there again!
