Quiet by day, Harcourt St. stays lively till 4:00 a.m. or later because of bars (last orders @ 11:30 p.m.) & clubs (last orders at 3:30 a.m.) The noise-sensitive may wish to reserve a room facing the alley rather than Harcourt St. The receptionist called a taxi for us to return to Dublin airport.
